Rémy Nodin\'s Cornas wine comes from the wonderful terrain of this unique appellation - the slopes of the tiny lieu-dit \'Les Eygas\'. Black berry fruit dominates here, with iron-richness and spice. From the tiny 0.8 hectares of \'Les Eygas\', this pure Syrah is sourced from vines planted in the early 2010s. At some 350m altitude, it lies on free-graining sand and decomposed ‘Saprolite’ granite slopes.Rémy and Amandine suggest drinking it with wild boar, braised pheasant or even a bitter chocolate dessert.
