This \'house\' rosé completes our trio of reliable, bon marché own label wines under screwcap. This brick-pink blend of Grenache (approx. 70%) and Merlot is produced in the saignée method and is sufficiently refreshing to serve as an aperitif sur terrasse, yet robust enough to complement a wide range of dishes - shellfish, fish, charcuterie or goats\' cheese. The Yapp Brothers own label rosé wine is produced by the reliable Ardèche co-operative - usually a Grenache / Merlot blend from the Ardèche, bottled under screwcap which makes it ideal for picnics.
