This organic provençal white wine from the Margan family at Château la Canorgue is a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, Clairette and Bourboulenc, grown at an elevated altitude which imparts a notable freshness. It is light enough to be drunk on its own or with olives, but will happily stand up to bouillabaisse or pissaladière. Deceptively pale yet fruit laden Luberon white wine with crisp acidity and freshness. Appealing agrumes aromas and uplifting apricot and white peach flavours.As one of the pioneers of organic wine in Provence, the Margan family began producing wine on the family's estate Château la Canorgue near Bonnieux in the 1970s. Nathalie Margan's organic blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Clairette and Bourboulenc each lend their best attributes to a white wine that is not only vivaciously crisp, but mineral and stone-fruit scented.
