sadly one of the screws used to hold the lamp to the ceiling was so tight that it has snapped and i have had to drill it out and retap the threads. Other than that the lamp is very nice

This is the third lamp I have purchased from you. A previous one, because of the weak lamp holder and absence of inner ring for proper contact (according to electrician), arked and this kept blowing...

Product (anglepoise table lamp) is first class, service excellent, delivery was delayed by courier for no apparent reason, it arrived 2 days late but other than that perfect.
