Thank you, I did find this and other advice regarding rusting online and have been following a routine using salt and vinegar spray with the dish on its side. It's looking very nice and I now wonder when is it enough? I will probably trying sealing it with owatrol oil in the next couple of weeks and take it from there. Thanks
