Firstly, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We have tried to call you to discuss the matter but have been unable to reach you.
We are sorry that you felt the service was poor. At the time of your purchase, the week that you bought was not available for 2016 occupancy as the seller had already made a reservation for 2016. The sale was, therefore, agreed on 2017 as first year of occupancy for you.
Mid way through the transfer, the resort advised us that they would not be able to complete the transfer of ownership into your name until the week that the seller had use of had passed. This was, as far as I understand things, communicated to you at the time.
As soon as the week had passed, we liased with the resort and they duly completed the transfer and issued a new certificate, which we forwarded to you by recorded delivery.
The only thing left was for RCI to add the points values to your existing points account. We have spoken with RCI on this and they have confirmed that this has been done.
The delay, as outlined above, should not have had any adverse effect as the week was bought for 2017 occupancy onwards, and the transfer has completed in line with this.
We would, however, like to asssure you that, as a result of your comments we will be looking to see if there are ways in which we could have improved our processes and procedures to make sure that our customers are as happy as possible with our services.
Very straightforward. Mr.Reynolds and Ms.Lock were very helpful and everything went very smoothly. I can recommend the services of WTH without reservation.
