Good afternoon and thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear your item did not fit. We do try to advise customers on sizing by providing size charts online that can be found just under the colour selection of any item you look at, as sizing does vary slightly between garments. We do not offer free returns as this would mean increasing the prices of our garments, something which we are not keen to do. Even if we did offer free returns, we would not be able to do this for US customers, as it just would not be financially viable.
