How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Sorry for the inconvenience of the wrong sized capping. All capping is cut specifically to fit each design but in this case there seems to have been a bit of a mix up. We are happy to send replacements if this ever happens. WoodBlocX

Very frustrating product. I would not buy again unless I was using a concrete foundation for construction. Having to constantly hammer in dowels wreaks havoc on weaker foundations.
