How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are really sorry and we have now reviewed these instructions here.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/jim91g0finyg19n/Stepped%20Octagon%201524x550mm.pdf?dl=0

We have now circled and made it as obvious as we can where these BlocX are for.

Sorry again for any confusion caused.

That makes the whole thing absolutely clear and building it will be be simple. On the basis of the new instructions, I wish to alter my review to excellent and wholeheartedly recommend the product. It is well built, functional, and attractive. Well done for responding quickly to the required change of plan.
