Joan, I'm sorry you were disappointed. We sell the Organic Maine Certified Seed Potatoes we grow by weight. These are early-generation, high-quality, perfectly-size seed tubers that will perform well. You ordered half-pound bags and so we sent tubers which total 8 ounces. Should you need larger quantities, we also sell in larger bags of 1#, 2.5#, 5#, 20# and 45#. Jim
