I am sorry regarding the delay of the gift. This is because we have been attempting to order further stock of this gift as our stocks ran out very fast due to the offer being so popular. Unfortunately we have not been able to obtain further stock and have allocated you the Beautify Me supplement as your alternative gift which we are obliged to do so within the terms of the offer. Once again I am sorry although I do thank you for taking the time in providing us with your valuable feedback.

Yes, the Beautify Me product did arrive early May - but the packaging did not say who it was from. However, the product expiry date is 08/02/14. Being a fitness magazine is it appropriate to send me out of date vitamins? I shall not be purchasing your magazine in the future.
