The package is simple box, with no proper security. The box was opened on one side and it has both wipers inside only by luck. And this is for an international shipment! Also there is no instruction...

Hey there, Sorry to hear the box was damaged in transit, we'd love to see a photo of this to investigate this further. We have specific installation videos on removing and fitting all wiper blades, which are available on our website and emailed to all customers after purchase. I've just re-sent the relevant videos to your email. Our 1-year warranty, of course, covers any damage that occurs during shipping, so would love to help you out with this if anything wasn't as it should have been.
