Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hey Alvin, thanks for the feedback. More than happy to help sort out the length discrepancy for you, I've just sent you a message, looking forward to hearing from you. In a nutshell, we've found after speaking to a number of customers, that the new model Amarok often has a slightly misaligned wiper arm. What this means is that in some cases, when 2 x 24" blades are fitted one will make contact with the side of the windscreen. Whilst the arm can be adjusted, this can be a tricky job and we found by fitting a slightly shorter blade does a good job addressing the issue. Having said that, we're more than happy to send you out another 24" to try, speak to you soon and we can get this sorted. Cheers Tilly
