This is not a New Zealand company. The order ships in 24 hours FROM AUSTRALIA so two weeks for delivery, but they ship it in 24 hours! Wow! Only after digging through the terms and conditions does it...

Good to hear from you Paul, Very sorry to hear you’ve had a less than stellar experience. I’ve just sent you a direct message with an offer for some compensation for the significant shipping delay (normally NZ orders are delivered within 3-4 business days), please get back to us as soon as you can and we’ll get this sorted for you right away. Otherwise, I’m really disappointed to hear you feel you’ve been misled, we certainly make no attempt to shy away from the fact we’re Australian owned and operated. However, we’ll be looking into ways to make this more clear. We try to look after our NZ customers as best we can, offering free express shipping on all orders. We use the fastest service available and normally orders are delivered within 3-4 business days. In your particular case, there seems to have been a significant delay, this is unusual and we’ll be investigating what occurred here. As mentioned above, I’ve just shot you a message.
