Hi Mark That doesn't sound right at all. This is rather strange because none of our products are that price, and I don’t believe we’re running any 20% off promotions. I’ve sent you a message to grab some more info so we can look into this a bit further. The good news is we’re more than happy to apply any coupons retrospectively and refund you the difference.
