The wipers don't make contact with the windscreen at the ends, especially the passanger side front windscreen. About a 2 inch section..

Hi Thanks for raising this issue. We’d love to get to the bottom of this and help you out. I’ve just sent you an email with some troubleshooting instructions that you can try out first. If this doesn’t correct the issue I will be happy to sort out some brand new replacements at no cost (no need to send the first pair back to us).
