How do we deal with fake reviews?

Wipers work as advertised. Far too much communication. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I received 4 emails. And then a survey???? Really???

Driver side wiper doesn’t even touch the windscreen in the middle of the blade leaving a huge blind spot Emailed company to ask what they suggest and received no reply Unlikely to use wipertech...
