It was shipped right away on 23/May, and NZ post records show an address issue, and the delivery of your order was declined with the parcel sent back to our warehouse. I apologise for your experience so far; I have emailed you directly to confirm the address and send replacements or a full refund if preferred. The average delivery time on all our orders is 5-7 business days, as stated in our shipping terms and the cart page. I understand that it was not clear that orders are from our Australian warehouse, and we apologise for any confusion caused. I have sent this matter over to management for review.
