I would recommend that you double-check if the wipers are installed correctly. The larger wiper belongs on the driver's side and the shorter one on the passenger side. Firstly, I would recommend you give your rear windscreen and wipers a good clean as there may actually be some grime on the screen that is restricting the wipers from a clean swipe. Road grime is very common, and it is a leading cause of smearing on the windshield and poor visibility. If the product is not installed correctly, it will not work as intended. I would also recommend double-checking the installation to ensure everything is fitted properly, as an incorrect fit can cause part of the blade to not make full contact with the windscreen.
