Hi there, thanks for leaving a review! Sorry to hear it sounds like you had some issues fitting the new blades. We've emailed some further instructions for you, as its possible you just needed a bit more force on fitting them. Have another go and keep in mind it may require some force. We tend to err on the side of more secure rather than less in our design, as better a little hard to fit and not flying off your windscreen than the opposite. Don't worry about damaging the wiper, on the off chance it does it is damaged let us know and we'll shoot out a replacement. Keen to hear how you go with the steps. Cheers, Wipertech Team
