Looking into your order, we received your order on the 19Jan2016 and dispatched the goods from our warehouse on 20Jan2016.

You can view a screenshot of the tracking details here:

We automatically send tracking details with every order, for the purpose of customers being able to monitor the delivery of their parcels.

Our email log tells us you received these by email on the 20Jan.

We also send a reminder email a few days after your purchase to seek confirmation from you of the safe arrival of your goods.

We take responsibility for these unusual postage occurrences even when they are beyond our control.
