Regarding delivery, we can confirm the order was dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 3 business days, which is a great result for a standard post order. As for the black residue, this is completely normal behaviour for rubber wiper blades. As they flex and bed in against the windscreen, a small amount of surface material can transfer — this does not indicate a fault or premature wear, it is simply how rubber behaves during the initial break-in period. A quick wipe with a damp cloth every so often will keep the blades clean and performing at their best. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need any guidance.
