Hi, thanks for leaving a review! Sorry to hear the blades are not working as intended. It's definitely unusual for brand-new blades to do this. I reckon we check on the installation of the blades first; it's possible this was not installed correctly. Good news is we do have a 12-month warranty on all our blades.
