Scuse molto sincere per il ritardo nella consegna. Il pacchetto è stato spedito il 27 novembre tramite Royal Mail, che ha consegnato il pacco al corriere italiano Posteitaliane il 4 dicembre. Non siamo sicuri del perché Posteitaliane non abbia consegnato fino al 12 dicembre. Purtroppo una volta che il pacco è passato a un corriere internazionale, la questione è fuori dalle nostre mani. Ancora una volta, molto dispiaciuto per il ritardo.
