Hello Linda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry that you faced issues when trying to book online and were also disappointed by the cost of your journey. We normally get positive feedback regarding the website so it is disappointing to read that you had trouble making a booking. I do hope the staff in our contact centre were helpful and made things a little easier for you. In respect to the pricing, we use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsidised). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Thank you once again for sharing your experience with us. We hope to see you onboard again soon.

Hello Kerry, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am glad you enjoyed your overall experience when travelling with Wightlink. However, my apologies that you did face some issues. We always do our best to keep customers informed of any delays or cancellations to the best of our ability however, your feedback has been noted as we look for ways we can improve our service. We do have sign posts around the vessel, on the car deck and inside the lifts to advise of where the pet areas are situated onboard and, the staff will be more than happy to help when needed. Thanks again Kerry and I do hope we can provide a more enjoyable experience if you travel with us in the future.
