Hi Matthew, I'm really sorry that the recipient had problems collecting their parcel. This was shipped with DPD and it looks like a request was made to collect this from a DPD Pickup Shop. As this has not been collected we have requested that the package is returned to our warehouse. Our customer service team will be in contact today to arrange an alternative delivery or a full refund. I'm sorry if this was a Christmas present which was never received.
