Didn't follow delivery instructions

Didn't follow he delivery instructions so I still haven't received. Have to pick it up from the post office which is only open till 1pm. Is close to my house though.

We do apologise about this. Your instructions were automatically put on the label for Royal Mail & your local postman didn't follow them, which is extremely unusual. We will raise this matter with Royal Mail for investigation and will contact you directly. Apologies again.

We sell this Meccano set for 22.95 and it was gift wrapped & sent on an Express delivery. Debenhams & John Lewis are £2 cheaper but do not offer our level of service and there will always be someone selling an individual product cheaply. We sell over 700 individual items & there will inevitably be price variations both positive and negative . Cancelling an order is simple, just let us know by email or phone, but needs to be done before the order is sent out.

I am afraid that that is not entirely accurate. Yes my mistake the product was 22.95 without wrapping (my mistake), but the John Lewis price is almost 8 pounds cheaper, not 2 pounds cheaper, a massive difference and one I think cannot be justified! And why you can't make the cancellation online through some simple clips I find baffling.
