Poor delivery service
Use a different delivery service. The jumper I ordrered had not arrived after 11 days. After 4 ‘phone calls to customer services I asked for a refund.

Lovely earrings, but poor packaging.
Loved the earrings, sent quickly and free delivery (great!) But very disappointed that they only came in a little snap bag, as they were bought as a gift. It wouldn’t have been nice to present them...
