I am sorry to read that you have not received your delivery. I have looked into this for you and this has shown to be delivered to the reception of your delivery address on the 19th. If this has not been received, please contact our Customer Services Team by phone or email and we can raise an investigation with the courier. I am sorry for the disappointment and concern caused to you. I hope that your parcel can be found. I hope that if you order from Whistles again in the future, the courier service is improved.
