So far so good, but since joining The Westminster Collection, I have requested phone calls which have not happened yet?, Items seem to be out of stock, so I have to wait longer for items to arrive.

I am happy with that. I understand the marketing strategy of selling the collection with a loss leader, but this should be much more emphasised with the initial offer. Otherwise there is a lurking suspicion you are being sneaky !
