Hi there, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you feel that our wording has implied that you are to blame, this is not the case at all and apologise for making you feel this way. Many of our items are part of our multi-buy offer and by adding them to the same basket prior to checking out the p&p is automatically adjusted to reflect you have ordered more than 1 item. It appears that your orders were placed as 2 separate baskets and therefore have attracted 2 lots of p&p. I can see this has been rectified for you and credited to your account.
