We are sorry that you havent received your order yet.. The royal mail strikes have led to a backlog in royal mail deliveries they are getting deliverd but some are delayed. The strikes are beyond our control and we are sorry that they have led to your order being delayed we are a small family business doing our best. Our delivery page clarifies that delays may be possible due to the strikes and we are continually updating it - your order will be in the royal mail backlog and will be with you shortly - once again we apologise for the delay caused by the royal mail strikes
