Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for highlighting the issues with this AI generated image. The truth is we should have done better and checked this image more closely for quality. As a result of you highlighting this, we have checked all current AI generated images closely for defects and those with defects will be dropped from our range with any stock cleared through a sale. We will also add a more obvious flag to each remaining AI generated image on our website. Please contact us directly so that we can offer you something for suffering this poor quality experience. We will be contacting all customers who have purchased images with defects to offer the same. Please note, a recent customer survey highlighted that a reasonable number of our customers do not want AI images. As a result, we have decided to phase AI images from our range and from January 2026 no new puzzles will be added with AI generated images. The only exception to this will be abstract images which are selected for their repetitive patterns and therefore make wonderfully extra difficult puzzles. Thanks to your comment, we will be extra sure to check these images for defects and that they are flagged as AI generated. Thank you. The Customer Service Team at Wentworth Wooden Puzzles.
