We do pride ourselves in providing the best home sale journey possible, which is why we always  ensure we send the memo from the offset which details the chain so that you are kept informed. I can also confirm that the solicitor did have a copy of the chain as well.

We agree there was a delay with the chain and can appreciate your frustration as we want to ensure you exchange as quickly as possible. We can however only rely on information given to us by the agents at the bottom of the chain as we, as Estate Agents cannot directly converse with their solicitor.

Thank you for your feedback. As per our previous discussion with you, unfortunately we do not have any recollection on agreeing a 10% reduction in fees. However we do pride ourselves in looking after our clients which is why we offered and paid nearly £300 to cover an unexpected legal cost. We minimised the risk of your sale falling through 3 days prior to exchange using local experts to diagnose and ascertain the cost to sort a last minute issue with your drainage system. We would like to thank you for your comments on our service and we are pleased that, overall, you experienced a good service with us.
