I did try to telephone you this morning but have been unable to speak with you directly so I have left you a voice mail and followed this up with an e-mail regarding your subscription gift. I see that on 29th August 2013 we dispatched the 26 Piece PC Repair toolkit to you so I can only presume this has been lost whilst in transit so please accept my apologies. I have allocated a replacement to your subscription today and this will arrive to you shortly. Also it is great to hear that you are enjoying the magazine.
