After 1st month I’m using it and sleep well but not sure as yet as I also use the active daily. I need to maybe see if one dose a day is better or to continue both. I will try for another month...
Yeah, this really works. I’m still not getting a full 8 hours uninterrupted sleep but the period between wakefulness has improved significantly.
