The CBD Sleep product has definitely improved my sleep quality. Insomnia is a curse but this has definitely helped, especially with getting back to sleep if waking during the night.

Not as effective as I hoped.
Most likely it's fine for slight sleep disruption not insomnia per se.
I did feel.comfortable and relaxed.taste was fine.

I’m undecided , I get to sleep no problem but wake at 3/4 and get it hard to go back to sleep ! Some nights better than others ?

I had terrible nightmares the first night so didn't take for a few nights. I haven't slept any differently and most nights only an hour or two.
