It tastes good and it really improved my sleep from day one or so. I still sometimes wake up in the middle of the night but now fall asleep again more easily.
The only downside is the price.

Thanks for taking the time to review your product. It can take a little time for some to notice a difference in their sleep but consistency is the key here and remembering to take your oil each night.
A few drops of Ethos "Rest" under the tongue before bedtime and I'm sleeping better and feeling more refreshed waking up than I have done in a long time. Excellent product.
