Thanks for the feed back. At the moment we only offer 20mm, I think what you are referring to is at the top of the design page it says 'Design 1 - 20mm Full colour bespoke printed lanyard'. Thanks for the feedback. We are introducing this week a 25mm lanyard. The trouble with 15mm and smaller lanyard widths, is that in the past some people have been quite ambitious with the design and it has not worked on a 15mm. To avoid customer dissatisfaction we have opted to only produce 20 & 25mm lanyards through the website, however if you really do wish 15mm we can produce this for orders of 25 or more. Sorry that you were unhappy with our product and service on this occasion. From looking into your order for you we cannot see any issues with the print quality and feel the image you designed online and were emailed automatically after ordering is a good representation of the product received. We use a flat polyester material for our lanyards and find that the majority of our customers find our material both robust and appealing. Customer Services
