How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Good morning You will probably have noticed my original note contained a typo: (it's those at the) ‘shop’ end should have been ‘sharp’ Not sure if you can correct it or even if you’d think it worth doing but that’s what I meant to say!
