Good product. Water no longer tastes of chemicals, is now much healthier and I'm confident it is doing a lot more than the average filters. Only negative is the difficult to understand date function

Thank you for your review of Alkaline Water Jug and 2 Filter Cartridges, the date function is a bit tricky, best to just mark a date in your diary/planner, as well as alkalising the water - typically raising pH to between 8.5 and 9.5 it also stimulates the release of molecular hydrogen.
