Hi there. Many thanks for your review, and we are so happy that you are enjoying your classes with us. We do have a cleaning regime at West Gate and the poolside assistants clean the changing rooms at regular intervals. However, we will follow this up and make sure that this is being actioned correctly. For safety, we always advise that babies should be changed on the floor on a changing mat, and not on the narrow benches in the changing rooms, so there is no chance of little ones rolling off and hurting themselves. We do feel that our photo shoot is very competitive in pricing and comparable to many baby studio photography prices, taking into account, the hire of the pool, the installation of a bespoke underwater photo studio in the pool on the day, and hiring only the best underwater photographers, with world class equipment, working alongside our highly trained teachers in the pool, to be able to capture that special moment in time that you can cherish for a lifetime. Can't recommend it enough, it's a great group to be apart of. My little one has the best time learning skills and safety skills in the water.
