Very helpful team from the very first enquiry and when I needed to change classes due to going back to work the team found a few options that I could pick from.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had recent classes cancelled, we understand how frustrating this can be. We follow strict measures to ensure you and your little one are safe in the water, which sometimes means that we have to cancel classes if the pool isn’t meeting our expectations for your lesson. As I’m sure you can imagine, many of these cases are beyond our control and we’ll always try to give you as much notice as possible if we do need to cancel your class. We continue to work with our pools to ensure we minimise class cancellations as much as possible. Thanks for reaching out. Jackie is a fantastic teacher, The Water Babies programme is constantly under review and swimming is of course always at the heart of what we do. There are some exciting developments underway which aim to bridge the gap you mention regarding the way we used to recognise milestones.
