Some teachers seems more nicer, some not, even they have different approach

Thank you for taking the time to send through your feedback. All of our teachers so work hard to make sure that the lessons are fun and a wonderful experience for all our little swimmers. They do all follow lesson plans and make sure the relevant skills are being taught but of course each has their own approach.
