We love Sundays
We love Sundays! Brody really enjoys his swimming lessons and sleeps so well after. His water confidence is growing and it’s great to see the other babies too. Katherine is a great teacher!

Backoffice and Teaching staff.
Very helpful staff. Will answer questions directly or will take away and answer once have more information. Will encourage child in the pool to do more if appropriate. Very approachable and helpful.

We are pleased to hear you are happy with the quality of the lessons, our teachers work hard to ensure the classes we deliver are of a high quality and tailored to the individuals within their lessons. We are sorry to hear you feel our classes are inflexible.If you missed a class due to illness or holiday, we do wherever possible offer catch up classes so these classes can be made up. Any classes we have to cancel due to pool issues or teacher illness are credited to your Water Babies account and taken off your next bill, as per the terms and conditions however if you would prefer this to be refunded I am sure this would be possible. In terms of inconsistency of teacher it is with great sadness that your current teacher is off sick, resulting in the team needing to step in a short notice to provide cover so we can ensure your classes can continue, we have done our very best to ensure the cover teacher is the same teacher every week and will continue to do so until your existing teacher is able to return.
