How do we deal with fake reviews?

Returns are very hard

They don't do returns, we have to return them by courier on top of paying a restock fee. That is just their company policy though, the customer service is good.

On reading my post Watco contacted me immediately. The courier changed the delivery address and were clearly the party at fault. Watco despatched the goods within their timescale.

It can be used either indoors or outdoors on concrete and asphalt and is really popular for areas such as private car parks, driveways and tennis courts. Nice comments to make about Watco Carl - thank you! Watco Etch & Clean is so easy to use because of it's unique colour change system - it goes from pink to clear so you know where you've been so areas aren't missed! It not only removes loose cement particles (surface laitance), but it cleans the floor at the same time! If you need any advice on painting the floor just give us a call. Hello and thanks for the 5 star review for Watco Stepmarker! You are right it does dry really quickly, in fact you walk over it in as little as 4 hours so it means you don't have the aggravation of keeping people off it for hours on end! Mind you in this hot weather it will dry even quicker than that!
