They were obliging and helpful, but careful to make sure we had had our car serviced and MOTd by main dealers only, not independent garages. Fair enough, but an expensive option to keep our warranty...

Could be improved by offering to waive the 30 day period before the plan starts…
Could be improved by offering to waive the 30 day period before the plan starts for cars being extended directly from manufacturer's warranty (like one of main competitors)
