Hi Peter, Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that you found the steering hard work. As was explained to you beforehand when you hire a vintage style T2, the Danbury campervan steering does have a little more play than a modern vehicle but it is not extreme. This is something common to Danbury's and everybody gets used to it and indeed finds it part of the charm of a retro T2 Camper. Bertie has had 100% positive comments since we have had him so we are sorry to hear you didn't agree! Perhaps your expectations coming from the United States were a little different and we think a modern T5 would suit you in future. Thank you again for hiring from us.
