Website easy to use and straightforward questions asked. Good selection of options for cover although information links on activities extras didn’t work so could only guess what was included.

Excellent renewal, but a little expensive. Dissapointed with one of the things not covered due to age (and I'm not old !)

Very helpful contact on the telephone, that part was excellent. Explained everything very well. Easy to buy. Not had to use the insurance, thank goodness, so cannot comment on that.
