What not very easy to use

It was not very easy to use, few of the questions were not very clear. I had to go over them a couple of times to answer them correctly.

Helpful support and a good insurance

They provided good value travel insurance even though some other insurers refused cover - not because we have problems but because there are a couple of medical conditions that need to be excluded...
